Coordinated by the Cowichan Seniors Community Foundation, our dedicated and caring volunteers will deliver hot nutritious meals Monday through Saturday with the option of also ordering a frozen dinner for Sunday. This service is also very successful and gratifying for clients and their families as this is like a check-in detail for seniors who live alone or may be isolated.
Phone to register for this meal program.

Volunteers are also always welcome and needed. Do you have a few hours once a week that you would like to offer? Please give us a call if you're interested or have enquiries.
